Seth McFarlane is the only child of Joe and Isabella McFarlane, although biogolically of Joey McFarlane. He married, had one son and divorced his wife. He currently lives in Tim and Sonia's old house, his (unknown) grandparents, where he is planning to propose to Samantha Larrea, his former lover.
