Cho Mei Diggory (née Chang) (b. 9 June 1979) was a half-blood witch of Chinese and Scottish descent. She is daughter of pure-blood wizard Qui-Shang Chang and Muggle Delores Chang (née Henderson) and wife of English wizard Cedric Diggory.
