Davis Finlay (born 1966, age 50-51) is the founder and captain of Finn Army, who was formerly a devil-may-care trooper, but converted by Doctor Roberto to a tasteless and unattained midget. He is an attention whore that hypnotizes everyone in the world to love him via a copy of the Enclosed Instruction Manual.
