The Oxless Cart was a wooden cart, permanently parked just beyond the red-light district of Toshi Ranbo. It was almost always open, and it featured a tilted roof hung a woven ball of cedar leaves, known as a sugitama, signaling that one could buy sake from it's proprietor.
