Fang Fang Huang (Wan Fan Fan?, also Wan Fanfan? and Won Fanfan?, Chinese pinyin: Huáng Fāngfāng) (name written the same characters spelling in both Japanese characters (kanji, based on Chinese hanzi) and Chinese hanzi spelling) (spelled Fangfang in some other terms of transliterations), was at first an effeminate first year student who first appears in Chapter 23 of the second serialization. In his next year, Fang Fang is now a member of the Newspaper Club to which he joined after the battle against Alucard. His name is also spelled Fangfang Huang in some transliterations.
