Dragon Horses are bipedal lizards with a passing resemblance to actual dragons. Dragon Horses are a staple of the Dragon Cavalry of Sauronix, whose knights are the only known group to use Dragon Horses as mounts. The versatility of these creatures make their use very diverse. Since the Dragon Horses are indigenous to the rivers of Falena, they can fight on the water just as easily as they can on land. As such, the riders from Sauronix have played decisive roles in past battles of Falena. Originally only men could be riders, but the rule was changed following the Falenan Civil War.
