This walking tree was a native of Cave County. It lived in the front yard of the Mole residence, near a roadside clearing. Maximus Mole gave it walk water that he had found in a subterranean jungle, in a lagoon. The water gave the tree the ability to walk and move about all by itself. When Marvin White and Wendy Harris took a break at the roadside clearing across from the Mole's house, they noticed that the tree had moved, and so did a rock.
