Durant Street was a road that had initially been built in a residential neighborhood. With the passage of time, the neighborhood had rezoned into a commerical and industrial area, requiring that the road be larger and able to handle heavy traffic. Deconstruction Gang 4 began the process of deconstructing the road to its new purpose.
