The 1888 club is the name given to the main crew lounge on the Sovereign-class USS Argus (NCC-75124). It is located at the rear of deck seven. (Star Trek: The Adventures of Argus) The lounge was named by Captain Jonozia Lex in honor of the first Federation starship to carry the name Argus, the Surya-class USS Argus (NCC-1888), on which a former host of his briefly served.
