Fraul was a somber-looking male stoat captain in Ungatt Trunn's Blue Hordes. He led the first wave of the horde's attack against Salamandastron. He was demoted after Lord Stonepaw was killed and the remaining hares escaped. After Mirefleck was killed, Groddil and Fraul worked together to escape, but while exiting through a secret tunnel, Fraul ran into some spider crabs, which ate him. Later, Lord Brocktree and his group found Fraul's skeleton in the tunnel during their attempt to enter Salamandastron.
