XL Productions is a producer of landmark and blue-chip drama and factual content, that was founded in 1982 under the name Rift Productions, however, they didn't have an official logo until 1984. In June 2016, Laserium Entertainment acquired the production company. The company is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
