This tournament had three fundamental differences compared to the first tournament: the additional "Intermediate" division, no sign-up cap, no tie-breaking and free-for-all in early rounds, and no second chances. On top of these changes the prize pool was increased, having 32 (12 of which were cash) prizes for the top 8 in each division. Like the first, it used the combo Scoring System. This tournament used a mixture of the bracket system, and the free-for-all system where your score will be challenged against the entire division (much like recent tournaments). Perhaps the biggest difference in this tournament was the size, which was over 5 times larger than the previous with over 1000 participants.
