Laila can be beaten rather easily if you dont over prepare, 5-7 high potions, 1 Icarus wing, 1 Sis Kabob (Whitegate merchant see below) Do not focus on healing so much but the battle itself. Reverse Flourish @ 4 steps at 100 TP do solo skill chain using Dancing Edge this should remove 35% of Laila's HP, pop Icky wing WS using Dancing edge, Laila should now be @ 45-50% HP at this time. When Laila uses her 2 hr count to 10 and then you 2 hr and spam cure 3 til full health by this time you should have 100 tp WS to finish her off... This was a fun battle for me P.S. Good Luck ;)
