Ebola Gulf A is a strand of the Ebola virus. It was created by the Order of St. Dumas to cleanse sin from the planet. During the events of Contagion, it swept through Gotham City and killed a large chunk of the population. Batman and his allies were eventually able to find a cure. Ra's al Ghul later co-opted the disease during Legacy.
