Flanders († 1905 PD) was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. Holding the rank of Major, he served as the deputy commander of the Marine complement on HMS Nike (Ninth Battalion, RMMC). He was killed in action during the First Battle of Hancock. (HH4)
