Allen "Al" Hillyard was a Masadan citizen and an officer of the Navy of Masada. Hillyard was formerly a citizen of the People's Republic of Haven and an officer in the People's Republic of Haven Navy, but he "emigrated" to Masada. Prior to 1903 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to the PNS Breslau as the executive officer. In 1903 PD, Hillyard became a citizen of Masada and his ship became the MNS Principality with Hillyard keeping his position and rank during Operation Jericho.
