Derrick Hutton (b. 1948) was the First Minister of the Falkland Islands Since integration in 1992 up to the 2004 General Election. He was Senator for Wickham and Fitzroy until election when he became the first PM. Pre-integration he was the Mayor of Fitzroy and played a crutial role durin the Falklands War.
