The USS Dragon (NCC-27749) was a Galaxy-class explorer that saw service with the Federation Starfleet during the 24th century. It was launched in 2368 under the command of Captain Denise Bratar. Following a battle with two renegade Romulan warbirds the Dragon was severely damage. During its repair it was refitted with with two additional nacelles added directly below the existing nacelles.
