The Plopotans (also known as Plopotons) were an alien race native to the Outer Rim planet of Plopoto. They were Talz-like in appearance, but had seven eyes, no proboscis, and black fur. A Plopotan was a diplomat at the Thirteenth Imperial Diplomatic Conclave.
