Ernst Marcon Downfell was born on Naboo, Heart Secure on 39 BBBY. He then travelled to Coruscant on 19 BBY and stayed there working for many high profile Private Hospitals as Head Surgeon. He currently lives on Naboo after he moved there returning from Coruscant on late 2 BBY and he is the elected Representative of Hart Secure. He is also a high ranking member Harte Secur Faction for many years before getting to the Loyalist Faction and thus getting the Leadership of the Faction.
