Michael stored a small box of Nitro-glycerine in the Apache Desert. He was supposed to retrieve it and meet Pedro Ramos at Bolshoi Booze to exchange it for the plane location, unfortunately Mahone solved that part of his plan and intercepted it by sending two undercover agents to the Apache Desert as surveillance incase Michael comes there again. Carlos tells him it's sugar-water, furious, Pedro draws a gun on Michael. Michael realises Coyote's cousins where going to screw him and Lincoln over as well by handing them over to the authorities for the money.
