The only known user is Suiga. The user moves in ceiling with great speed, cuts off all the sharp stalactites hanging from it and throws them towards the opponent with amazing speed and accuracy. This technique is very deadly, often resulting in the death of the opponent. A similar attack is used in GDW anime by Akame.
