Volker Wolf, born in Germany, served as the commentator for German Robot Wars, providing commentary over the two heats of the series, the grand final, and the two special events. He did not, however, provide commentary over the German-dubbed versions of the UK series of Robot Wars. Outside of Robot Wars, Volker Wolf has lent his voice to a variety of media, including TV and radio advertisements, TV shows such as The Fairly OddParents, films including Star Wars, and video games, including Brothers in Arms.
