The Reannual is the head of the Department of Improbabilities. He is always seen sporting a robe and conveniently-labelled "Wizzard" hat. Among his leaves small clusters of unripe grapes can be seen. Due to the nature of his species the Reannual has some degree of precognition. He can answer a question before it is asked; however, the question must be asked at some later point in the conversation. Likewise, he can know information before looking it up, as long as he takes time later on to actually do the research. It is not know exactly what happens if this is not obeyed, but the Reannual has mentioned that it would violate the laws of time and could disturb the fabric of causality. This is probably bad.
