A tyrant, Actavarus the Third was faced by a civil war, and he destroyed six major cities, killing millions, in an attempt to suppress the rebellion. Actavarus's ancestors usurped the throne from the Arak Drayen III of Drayen dynasty in 3749 BBY, and Actavarus sent assassins to kill Risha Drayen on Tatooine.
