The Chakra Card Divination is a C-rank, Supplementary Ninjutsu technique used by Rei Satomi. By charging his/her chakra into a Chakra Card, the user will create a map of the surronding area. The user can make further use of this technique by being able to track a specific target on the map. The weakness of this technique is that it is create from a bird's eye view and that it appears to have been drawn.
