The Neo-Soviet Federation is one of two stellar nations that originates from Russia (the other being the Kievan Empire). It is ruled by the aptly named Neo-Soviet Party, headed by the capable Chairman Nikolai Andropov. The Federation is at war with the Freedom Alliance and the Great Union, a war that has been going on for generations. After years of good fortune, the Federation is now being forced back on all fronts. They are supported in their war by two Minor Powers, the Choson Federation and the Van Lang Federation.
