Pineapple Pokopo is a dictator from Pokoponesia who wanted to try to take over Hawaii, using his intelligent prisoner: Yank the monkey. Unfortunately, Tick, Arthur and American Maid came to rescue Yank by pretending to be tourists. Pineapple Pokopo also attempts to buy the Tick at an auction being held by Brainchild in the episode Coach Fussel's Lament. He is voiced by Dorian Harewood.
