Render was an Imperial-class Star Destroyer of the Imperial Starfleet. Render arrived at the factory ZA-13 to relieve Maarek Stele. The Render's role at this station did not last long, for it was soon replaced, for unknown reasons, by two EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigates.
