This form, while obtainable by any person, was known only by the Grand Supreme Kai of the Other World for he created it when Shukai was first obtained by Unagi Hyuga. He intrusted this to Seireitou Hyuga alone for he believes that, no matter what seireitou exibits on his outer appearance, is the only one who can bring about the peace to a war-torn land. Its powers have not been revealed for Grand Supreme Kai had Seireitou promise to never resort to using that power for he says it may bring about the end of existance.
