[SC]ottc32020 (also known as [SC]ott or Scott) was a Council Member of the Council of the Scenario Clan and is currently an administrator of the Scenario Clan. He has been a member of the Scenario Clan for a while and became a Council Member after the establishment of the Council in January 2008, which took power from Supreme Leader [SC]_Mujahadine. He officially became a Council Member on January 28, 2008, following the passage of the Constitution. The Councils were disestablished in early April 2008, and he then became an administrator on April 8, 2008.
