Leola root stew was a dish made from leola root. During his time as chef aboard the USS Voyager, Neelix was fond of creating many dishes with leola root, including leola root stew. However, many of the crew found the dish distasteful, including B'Elanna Torres. (VOY short story: "Winds of Change")
