ATVs are comparable to Bikes in terms of handling and acceleration, but are a little bit stronger and accelerate slower. It is possible to punch other ATV and bike riders off their vehicles by pressing the "R1" or "L1" buttons. They are prone to rolling when on two wheels. In MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, it is also possible to do bunny hops and to duck the rider's head by double-tapping the "Up" and "Down buttons"; these controls are the same for both ATVs and Bikes.
