Worm Apocalypse is a character version of the card, "Worm Apocalypse". It appears in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia. This character and Man-Eater Bug can be unlocked as Tag Duel opponents during Story Mode (clear the first tag duel that the player is teamed up with Crow vs. Itsuki and Annie). Their Tag Team name is Reverse Effects.
