He began working in the industry as soon as he left high school working on Vengeance of Vampirella for Eros publishing. That eventually led to work with Extreme Studios, which led to work with Top Cow Studios in 1996. While at Top Cow, he worked with a variety of artists including Brandon Peterson and Marc Silvestri. In 2000, he began designing skateboards and skateboard graphics. He continued to work in the comics industry, inking for DC Comics, Dark Horse, and others. In 1996, he inked page 26 of Star TreX from Marvel Comics.
