Misaka Worst (番外個体 (ミサカワースト) Bangai Kotai (Misaka Wāsuto)?, lit. "Extra Individual") is the only individual produced that was part of the newest lineup of Misaka Clones introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index, the Third Season Project. This Misaka Worst is the first one seen in the series, and is differentiated from the others because of her involvement with Accelerator, and the alterations he made to her.
