Shinrei Kurosaki (心霊黒崎), known by the alias of Ries Nohr (リースも), is the son of Kenji Hiroshi and Eri Kurosaki, though he was raised by Kenji and Ino. This also makes him the half-brother of Lisa Hiroshi, Kentaro Hiroshi, Kay Hiroshi and the twins Hoaru and Akira Hiroshi. In addition he was the nephew of Meian Shiba, Rosuto Shiba and Kireina Kori. Shinrei, before meeting his father, wandered the Rukongai, where he was eventually captured and experimented upon by unknown parties: Kenji narrowed the field to either Bansui Amatsuki or Kagura. This resulted in Shinrei becoming a Visored, though he was never counted amongst Shinji Hirako's group of Shinigami-Hollow hybrids.
