Judge Arbus was a character on Xena: Warrior Princess. He was a judge and one of few that was known as a fair man. He had a reputation of being precise with verdicts, all due to a case involving a man named Volkur, where Arbus found him guilty of a harsh crime (most probably murder) and executed him. He was played by Tony Blackett.
