Risa Fukami (深海 理沙 Fukami Risa) of the JGSDF's GA division, was assigned to the G3 Unit. She copies the data from Ozawa's computer relating to the G4. Once she got what she needed, she quits the G3 Unit and creates the G4 suit, intent on perfecting it so it can be mass-produced. She ended up being mauled to death by the Ant Lords while her creation was destroyed.
