Lovia YoungChess is an organization dedicated to promoting and teaching chess amongst the youth of Lovia, which organizes coaching courses and also competitions between the schools of Lovia, both primary and secondary. The organization was founded in 2010 by George Frey, then-holder of the Lovia Chess Open, and held its first national interschool competition in 2011. Numerous other major individuals have helped organize and sponsor Lovia YoungChess's events, including politician and writer Nicholas Sheraldin, and his brother, major chess player Damon Sheraldin. The organization Free Society has also helped with this.
