It was inspired after StrawberryClock submitted a flash known as "A" to Newgrounds, but was blammed. He then submitted a similar flash called "B", which somehow passed judgement. And now the B has lived on since then. StrawberryClock was granted the title of King of The Portal by the Clock Crew as a reward for founding the Clock Crew. You cannot kill the Clock Crew!
