Generations is an insert set in 2004 Throwback Threads. This 28 card set features players who shared either positions or reputations through the generations. For example Card #13 shows Stan Musial, Lou Brock and Jim Edmonds the centerfielders of the St. Louis Cardinals. Meanwhile Card #28 shows Bob Gibson, Dwight Gooden and Josh Beckett young fireballing pitchers. The first 8 cards feature two players per card while the last 20 feature 3 players per card. Each card is serial numbered to 1500 copies.
