Locke was a Human male who was a major in the Imperial Military of the Sith Empire during the Galactic War. During the invasion of Belsavis, Locke was sent by the Sith Lord Darth Fastus to restart the Domination Experiments, an abandoned Galactic Republic experiment that pitted aliens against each other. In his negotiations with Kazzak Hurn, leader of the Gamorrean Fire-eaters gang, Locke sought the aid of other Imperials to free Hurn's lieutenants in order to earn Hurn's allegiance.
