Deceptor is an Autobot spy, able to blend in with Decepticons and other ememies of any era. He is one of several Transformers who turn into wristwatches, and additionally he transforms from a robot to a jet with a robotic bird-head as his nosecone. He can time travel alone as a robot, or bring along a passenger in either other mode. In watch mode, he and the other Time Warriors can socket into a larger machine theoretically able to send an entire team back in time.
