Rick Flag, Jr. is an agent of the United States Government who serves as the leader of the Suicide Squad, a branch of Task Force X that was formed by Amanda Waller. Rick hated commanding over the likes of Deadshot and Captain Boomerang, which were criminals, and he felt that he had nothing in common with them at all.
