Sai is a calm, polite and graceful young man, who treats everybody with respect, he can also be very protective of those he consider his freinds. Sai truly desires to fulfill justice in the world, he knew that the World Government doesn't actually work for the best of the world, and therefore joined many organization that oppose it, only to settle in Underworld Goverment eventually, as he sees it as the best organization there is that can actually bring a postive change to the world.
