Blaze-Ice Bay was a place in the Emelanese Universe. It was far away from Winding Circle and seemed to be on the other side of the world from Yanjing. As suggested by its name the Bay was probably covered in ice. Dedicate Crane was mentioned that Winding Circle was famous for its mage-teachers in as far away places as the Blaze-Ice Bay and Yanjing. The bay was only once mentioned in passing in Briar's Book.
