The film has been dubbed into Japanese by several different companies. On February 5, 1989, the film was first broadcast on TV Asahi, and that version is the one most frequently seen in rebroadcast. The TV Asahi voice actors were: Fuji TV broadcast a less popular dubbed version on September 20, 1997, with Oda Yuji as Marty, and Miyake Yuji as Doc. On video and DVD releases, Koichi Yamadera was Marty and Takeshi Aono was Doc.
