He appeared alongside Vulture stealing from New York's bank, using Vulture as a distraction, but was soon stopped by Spider-Man. He, along with Mysterio and Electro was working for Doctor Octopus, and was originally sent to be a member of the Sinister Six, but was captured by Spider-Man in an attempt to free Shocker. He was later seen in the Daily Bugle, with the title: What something like that is making in the World? He is seen at a bar in New York where villains and ordinary thugs reside. In the bar fight against Sandman, he is one of the many thugs beaten by him.
