Caroline Woodruff is an actress and voice-over artist based in Stockport who has played three roles on Coronation Street: * A clinic Receptionist in June 1998 * Trading Standards officer Miss Harper who in April 2001 discovered that the whisky being served in the Rovers had been watered down * Council Officer Ruth, who in January 2010 granted Peter Barlow planning permission to open a bar in Viaduct Street.
